The Build Your Business Simulation is designed to strengthen participants’ business acumen and entrepreneurial capabilities. In this immersive experience, participants step into the role of a CEO and make critical decisions across pricing, production, quality, advertising, and employee morale—while steering the launch of a new venture. The simulation challenges participants to interpret financial documents, understand functional interdependencies, take calculated risks, and experience how all business elements must align for long-term success and profitability.
