During: We will discuss preliminary findings,
and you may wish to begin implementing some recommendations
at this point.
Throughout the project, adjustments will be made
to
shape the end-product to meet the needs of your
organization.
Conclusion: At the conclusion, we meet
to review the outcomes/ product and discuss next steps
which
might include
a presentation
to boards, administrators and/or staff
