Ikkanda-Suddith has close to twenty-five years of experience
in fundraising, mainly on staff in higher education
and health care. As a consultant, she has gained additional
experience with a variety of clients.
For the first nineteen years, as

impact and gained an overview of fundraising operations
in a centralized model.
At the University of Southern California
(USC), Ms. Ikkanda-Suddith served two and a half
years as the
Assistant Dean for Advancement at the Rossier School

held the position of Vice President with the international
philanthropic
